This Acceptable Use Policy specifies the actions prohibited by BillPipe ("we", "us", or "our") to users of the BillPipe website ("Service"). This policy acts as an addendum to our Terms of Service.

• Send unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, spam, or any other form of solicitation.

• Interfere with the security of the Service, the servers on which it is hosted, or any other infrastructure connected to the Service.

2. Fair Use limits

To maintain a high quality of service for all users, you must abide by reasonable usage standards. While we may offer unlimited or high-limit plans, any excessive use of bandwidth, API calls, or server resources that degrades the experience for others is prohibited. We reserve the right to throttle or temporarily suspend accounts that violate these bounds.

3. Copyright and Intellectual Property

Users must respect copyright and intellectual property. You may not use our service to store or transmit material that infringes any third party's copyright or other intellectual property rights.

4. Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate any violations of this policy and to take any action we deem appropriate, including immediately terminating an account without notice.
