The dashboard is the central hub for overseeing your entire accounting infrastructure. Here, you manage both operations and users.

Workspaces

A Workspace in BillPipe encapsulates isolated environments—ideal for managing different brands or operating companies.

• You can swap between workspaces using the dropdown menu in the top left corner of the dashboard.
• Settings are scoped specifically to the workspace.

User Management

Within a workspace, multiple members can collaborate. To manage members:

1. Navigate to the Members section in the Dashboard menu.
2. Invite new users by entering their email address and assigning specific roles.
3. Once invited, an automated email invitation is sent out seamlessly, allowing them to join the workspace instantly.
4. Manage existing members, roles, and permissions from this central view.

Notification Center

To keep your team in sync, Billpipe provides a comprehensive real-time notification system accessible directly from the dashboard header (the "bell icon").

• Track system background job progress, for instance, when attempting to sync an invoice to Moneybird or Visma.
• Stay informed about important updates and alerts regarding your workplace, like member invitations or configuration changes.
