Exact Online Integration

BillPipe integrates seamlessly with Exact Online, allowing you to automatically synchronize your customers and push sales invoices directly into your Exact Online administration.

1. How to connect BillPipe and Exact Online

To start syncing data, you first need to connect your Exact Online account to your BillPipe workspace.

1. Open your BillPipe Dashboard and navigate to Integrations.
2. Under the Exact Online provider section, click Connect.
3. You will be redirected to Exact Online. Log in and authorize the BillPipe application.
4. Once authorized, you will be redirected back to BillPipe, and your connection will show as active.

2. How to import customers

You can easily import your existing contacts from Exact Online directly into your BillPipe workspace:

1. Navigate to the Customers section in your dashboard.
2. Click Import at the top right.
3. Select Exact Online from the import dropdown.
4. BillPipe will automatically fetch your contacts, verify any discrepancies, and create the customer records in your workspace instantly!

3. How to create customers

You can push any customer from BillPipe directly into Exact Online.

1. Navigate to the Customers page.
2. Select one or more customers.
3. Click the Send to... dropdown menu and select Send to Exact Online.
4. BillPipe will create or update the contact in Exact Online with the corresponding details.

4. How to create invoices

Once you've created invoices in BillPipe, you can push them directly into Exact Online.

1. Navigate to the Invoices page.
2. Click to create a new invoice or select an existing one.
3. From the options menu, choose to send the invoice to Exact Online.
4. We calculate the totals and push the line items (description, quantity, price) to your accounting system.
